Batsheva Frankel is a veteran teacher and administrator for over 20 years in a diversity of places throughout Los Angeles and the East Coast. As an educational consultant, she has given lectures, classes and workshops at teachers' conferences and schools throughout the United States and in the United Kingdom, as well as, developed curricula and creative programming for a wide variety of institutions. 

In 2011, Batsheva began developing LaunchBox--games and activities that explore big philosophical ideas through a Jewish lens -- which was the winner of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles' The Next Big Jewish Idea contest.
